Between Corfu and Kefalonia, Lefkada, a – 36 kilometers long by 15 kilometers wide – island, is the only one which is connected to mainland Greece by means of a movable swing bridge, near Lefkas town, on the north edge of the island.

How can you arrive to Lefkada Island – town? Easy!
Athens – Lefkada: By car through bridge Ch. Trikoupis will arrive in the city of Lefkada at 4.30 hours while bus routes that run daily to and from Lefkada to 5.30 hours.

Thessaloniki – Lefkada: By car via the underground tunnel at Aktio will arrive in the city of Lefkada at 5.30 hours while the three bus routes that run weekly in 6.00 hours.
